With over four decades of experience in the dynamic world of fitness, I have witnessed incredible transformations in the industry. Back in 1987, I took a bold step by rebranding my gym as World Gym, making history as the first UK franchise of the iconic American brand. This exhilarating journey led me to the inaugural Arnold Classic in 1989 in Columbus, Ohio, where I had the unforgettable opportunity to meet the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger himself!
In those early days, gyms were quite straightforward. My facility spanned about 10,000 square feet, featuring sectorized and plate-loaded machines, benches, dumbbell racks, a limited selection of cardio equipment, and even a dance studio. Over the years, World Gym evolved into a vibrant hub frequented by celebrities, including the renowned bodybuilder Dorian Yates, the first UK Gladiators, musical sensation Michael Bolton, and even the charismatic 50 Cent! Our space attracted competitive bodybuilders and trainers from a myriad of sports and disciplines, creating a melting pot of fitness passion.
Throughout my journey in the industry, I have amassed invaluable knowledge and experience in personal training and crafting workout programs for everyone from beginners to elite athletes. Drawing on this extensive background, I proudly present what I believe to be the most innovative plate-loaded trainer available today: The Patented Quantum Free Trainer.
