Can anybody use it?
The QFT has been designed to be user friendly, with a starting weight of just 7kg and hundreds of exercises at your fingertips, anyone regardless of their training experience can workout on the QFT
Does it come with a bench?
No - but we do offer a high-grade fully adjustable store-flat bench.
How much weight will it hold?
Each arm of the QFT will take ~140kg using front and rear loaders. (recommended) in weight meaning a total of 280kg/616lbs, excluding potential resistance added with bands.
Does it come with weights?
No but if you require additional weights we can assist.
Will it fit in my gym?
Yes! With a small footprint of just L 71.6” x W 35.4” the QFT is smaller than most commercial machines.
Whats the starting weight of the handles?
The QFT utilises a similar mechanism to a plate loaded machine in its design, however due to the adjustable starting positions the starting weight is different depending on the exercise selected.
Each revolving handle weight is approximately 7kg or 15lbs.
With the revolving straight bar attachment the approximate starting weight is 15kg or 33lbs.
How easy is it to install?
Your QFT will arrive boxed with a manual and the tools you need to build it, assembly is quick and easy taking less than 30 minutes.
