All sales, including international can be returned within 14 days of the product being received, if unhappy with the product, but must be covered by the purchaser’s expense. After the 14 days of the product being received the seller cannot accept returns. If the product has been altered in anyway or damaged, the seller cannot accept the product back.

If on receiving the product, any items are faulty or damaged the item can be returned at the buyers expense, parts missing or damaged will be shipped free of charge to be fixed. Quantum Trainers Ltd, cannot be held responsible for miss use of the product, or exceeding any of the products specification.

Product warranty: 1 years moving parts and 10 years frame - (under normal use and within the capabilities of the product)
